A subscription buys access to forecast data for a fixed term: the dashboard and the resolution record for the stations your plan covers. It buys nothing else. It does not buy positions, it does not buy advice, and it does not create any relationship in which we act on your behalf.
There is no renewal. We hold no card and no token allowance, so when the term you paid for reaches its end date, access stops. Nothing is charged again and there is nothing to cancel. The end date is on your billing page from the day you buy.
We publish probabilities, not predictions. A signal means our ensemble and the market disagree by more than our threshold. It does not mean the outcome is likely to go our way, and our own record shows months where it did not. You are responsible for every decision you make with anything we send.
Keep your credentials to yourself. Access is for one person. Sharing a login, republishing signals, or reselling the data ends the term without a refund. Automated scraping of the dashboard is not permitted.
We aim to publish every morning a signal clears the threshold, and to send nothing on the days none does. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. An outage does not extend a term automatically, but write to us and we will.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Whether prediction markets and event contracts are legal where you live is your responsibility to establish before you subscribe.
