Your email address and a hash of your password. If you buy a subscription, the order, the amount in dollars, the chain and asset you chose, and the transaction that paid it.
Only if you choose Allow on the banner, which defaults to no. Then we count the pages you open, the site you arrived from, the country and city the network says you are in, and how long the tab stayed. Those rows are ours and go nowhere else. We keep them for a year and then delete them.
Choosing Allow also loads four services on the public pages, each of which sets its own cookies and receives the visit: X’s advertising pixel, Google Analytics, Meta’s pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity is the one worth saying plainly: as well as counting visits it builds heatmaps of where people click and scroll, and records the session, meaning the movement of your pointer and the pages you move through, which we replay to see where the site confuses people. It does not capture what you type; Clarity masks form fields before the recording leaves your browser. Each service holds what it receives under its own policy and its own retention.
None of the four is loaded on the dashboard, the checkout or the admin. Nothing you do while signed in, and no payment address, is recorded or sent to any of them. They exist on the public pages only, and only after you say yes. Choose Decline, or say nothing, and none of them is loaded at all.
No card details, because we never take a card. No private keys and no custody of funds. No connection to any exchange account. No IP address, no tracking cookie, and nothing that ties a measured visit to your account: the identifier for a visit lives in the browser tab and dies with it, so it cannot recognise you tomorrow. If you have not chosen Allow, none of this exists for you at all.
To let you sign in, to send you what you paid for, to know when your term ends, and to reconcile payments. That is the whole list. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Account and order records are kept for as long as the account exists, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we will, save for the payment records we are obliged to retain.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on the site and we will answer within a month.
