The full resolution record, including the months we did badly, is readable before you pay anything. So is the coverage list and the exact format of what arrives. We would rather you read all of it and decide not to subscribe than subscribe and ask for it back.
If you change your mind within fourteen days of the term starting and no signal has been delivered to you in that time, write to us and we will refund the term in full, in the asset you paid with, at the rate quoted on your order.
Once we have sent you a signal, the thing you bought has been supplied and the term is not refundable. A losing signal is not a defect: the record on this site says plainly that roughly four in ten resolve against us, and buying anyway is buying that.
If you send more than the quoted amount, the excess is refunded to the address it came from. If a payment arrives after the 15-minute rate lock has expired we do not open the term at a stale rate. We hold it and contact you, and you choose between a re-quote and a refund. If a payment is short, nothing opens and the funds are returned, less network fees.
If we fail to publish for a stretch of your term, tell us and we will extend the term by the time you lost, or refund it pro rata if you would rather.
