Units are per station and never converted. A London signal is in Celsius everywhere it appears, a New York signal in Fahrenheit. The exchange also settles them differently, Celsius rounds and Fahrenheit floors, and we price against the same convention rather than our own. A city is only on this list when the observation we read is the one the market pays on; where it is not, we do not cover it at all rather than sell a forecast we could never settle.
